Functional Puzzle Table

This piece, other than the steel barrel band, is 100% puzzle pieces. It is functional although you wouldn't want to put anything heavy on it. I used a ph balanced flexible glue. Rust converter was applied to the band for a nice dark finish. Table is approx 18" diameter and 21" tall.

Looking verrrry good. It would be quite the conversation piece in any house and it is functional. Two in one. Great work Paula.

Whoa!!!
Your funky table looks great! I loooove the puzzle pieces. I'm glad you finally found the product for giving rusty metal a nice finish.

Funky is definitely the word. What a lot of work. Where do you get the castoff puzzles? Value Village?

i know i have a small audience for what i do so appreciate the feedback. andrea..in burlington vermont a place sold boxes for 25 cents a box, i had hundreds of boxes by the time i left vermont.
nellie..you wouldn't believe the hassle and trouble to get some, ups couldn't even find my address (which any other time no problem) i was beginning to think i wasn't supposed to use it. i dont like it though on my rr nut candle holders...feels like i ruined them. all the character is gone and they are just ugly brown/black now. :( but at least i branched out. tried something new.

funny i kind of feel this is boring, i was so challenged just to get this to work that i feel i might have been able to do more had i known it would stand/work okay. i'm learning all about minimal these days. it appears to be what i'm set up for.

this is breathtaking and appeals to my love of tedium and repetition... I really love, love, love it!!

I love it, it's kind of crazy obsessive and I mean that as a compliment. I love crazy obsessive pieces and it has a monumental quality about it too.
