I completely agree with this sentiment. For me, creativity thrives when my vision isn't diluted by others whispering in my ear and my concentration isn't foiled by excessive distractions.

It sure ain't easy to do everyday though. :)

have you ever noticed its the things we dont like that we have to work on? maybe once character is formed the billows stop being so stormy....
