Ah, this must be the table, very cool, very monolithic, does it have compartments? how high is it?
I came across some found object furniture artist that might interest (although you probably already know about them)just have to figure out what damn virtual folder I put them in.
I've been off line most of the weekend so I just saw this. These pictures look kind of monumental. I think they are awesome pics but your later photos (next to the chair) make it clear what the item is! But I do really like this table, especially the metal top, whatever it is. Sorry you haven't been able to sell anything. That really stinks!!!
thanks sarala, it IS monumental, I made it :) and i still have all my fingers and undamaged eyeballs. it doesn't wobble. it's a solid functional work. that top is a wooden 'form' used in foundry mold making. it is probably 50-100 yrs old, its in great shape, ONE OF A KIND! blah blah blah i will have the best furniture living under my bridge one day.
8 what you haffta say:
this must be more views of the interestng work you posted earlier. Does this have compartments?? How big???? I am awaiting more pics!
